Flyrest is a small, independent travel brand. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with your details.

What we collect

When you order: your name, WhatsApp number, email, city and delivery address, and the number of sets you chose. We don't take any payment details on this website. You pay in cash on delivery.

Why we use it

• To confirm your order on WhatsApp and deliver it.
• To handle any return or replacement.
• To keep the records we need for our accounts.
• To show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to you and to people with similar interests (see below).

Who we share it with

We don't sell your details. We only share what each of these services needs to do its job for us:

• Our delivery courier: your name, phone number and address, to bring your order.
• Vercel (website hosting) and Google Sheets (where your order is stored): your order details.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads): that a visit or an order happened, its value and an order reference, to measure our ads. When you order, we also send your email and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match the order to an account. We may also upload customers' emails and phone numbers to Meta, hashed, to reach people with similar interests. We never send your name or address to Meta.
• Microsoft Clarity, if we turn it on: how people use this page (taps and scrolling), with your name, phone, email and address hidden.

Ads and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel to understand how our Instagram and Facebook ads perform: for example, that someone viewed this page, started an order or placed one, and the order value. Meta may use cookies for this. You can manage how Meta uses this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. We may also use Microsoft Clarity to see, without your name or phone number, how people use this page so we can improve it.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them for your order, any return, and our accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your details at any time. If you'd rather we didn't use your email or phone number for ads, tell us and we'll leave you out. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@quietbuildlabs.com.
