FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive?+
In 10–14 days: in 10–14 days. We'll WhatsApp you before it ships. Flying sooner? WhatsApp us first.
Do you ship outside the UAE?+
Yes, worldwide, by tracked courier. Orders outside the UAE are paid in advance, and any import duty is paid on arrival. WhatsApp us or email hello@quietbuildlabs.com with your country for a price.
How do I pay?+
In the UAE, cash to the courier when it arrives. Nothing to pay online.
Does it fit every seat, and is it allowed?+
It needs a headrest the straps can go around, which many long-haul seats have. Use it once the seatbelt sign is off and follow the crew's instructions.
Will it bother the person behind me?+
The straps sit on your own headrest, above their screen, and move with your seat when you recline.
Can I get up quickly?+
Yes. Lift off the mask and the sling falls away.
Does it fit tall people and children?+
One size for adults, and the straps adjust. It isn't made for young children.
What's in the box?+
A headrest pillow, a body sling and a blackout mask. The pillow zips into a case for all three.
How do I clean it?+
Follow the care label. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Does it come in other colours?+
Black only, for now.
What if it's not right for me?+
