How to set up the Flyrest sleep kit in 6 steps

The Flyrest kit has three pieces: a padded headrest pillow, a body sling and a blackout eye mask. Here is how they go on your seat. It's easiest to do once the seatbelt sign is off and before you recline.

Buckle the pillow around the headrest, behind where your head goes.

Hang the sling from the top of the headrest.

Sit back and pull the sling over your shoulders.

Strap the mask around the outside of the headrest.

Wrap the sling and slide your arms inside.

Pull the mask down over your eyes and sleep.
Tips
- Check the headrest first. The straps need to go around it, which most long-haul seats allow.
- Seatbelt on top. Fasten it over the sling so the crew can see it.
- Getting up: lift the mask off and the sling falls away.
- Packing away: the pillow folds in half and zips around the sling and mask, then clips to your bag.
